1. Product Customization

All products at Divyart are made-to-order. You provide the content (like names, photos, or messages), and we turn it into a custom acrylic gift. Once we begin the customization process, changes or cancellations are not allowed.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

We begin processing your order once payment is confirmed. Most products are shipped within 3–5 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once the product is dispatched.

3. Payments

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Since our products are customized, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we start working on your product, and cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful content, or violate any law while using our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, logos, and content on Divyart are our property. You may not copy or use them without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here. By continuing to use our site, you accept the updated terms.
