Delivery Policy

• We usually dispatch orders within 3–5 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary based on your location and the courier service.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
• Please make sure your address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

Return Policy

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless:

• The product is damaged on arrival, or
• You receive the wrong item.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product and packaging.
