Cancellation Policy

At Divyart, we work hard to create personalized products just for you. Since each item is custom-made, cancellations are only allowed within a limited time.

Order Cancellation Rules:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• To cancel, simply email or message us with your order details.
• After 12 hours, we start the customization process, so cancellation won’t be possible.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled:

Urgent/priority delivery orders

Customized products that are already in production

Orders where the design preview is approved
